How to Use:

• Prepare your Born to Bio diffuser: Pour clean, fresh water into your diffuser, following the instructions for your model.
• Add a few drops of the Complex, 3 to 5 drops are enough for an average size room.
• Plug in your diffuser and turn it on. Allow the mixture to diffuse into the room for about 30 minutes.
• Sit comfortably in the room and enjoy a moment of pure relaxation. You can do deep breathing exercises or meditation to enhance the calming effect of aromatherapy.
