How To Use:

• Radiance Mist: Shake well before use. Spray on face (with closed eyes) at arm’s length. For daily use, anytime and anywhere, even over makeup.
• WARNING: Avoid direct contact with eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear.
• Ocean Soap: Wet soap, lather up skin with soap, wash and rinse off. Allow soap to drain and store dry. For daily use.
• WARNING: Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken skin. Discontinue use if signs of irritation appear. For external use only. Charcoal may discolor your washcloth.
• Seaweed Soak: Submerge the cotton pouch in hot water in either a bath for bathing or a basin for a foot soak and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes. Adjust the temperature to your liking. Lightly squeeze seaweed to help release minerals and nutrients. Relax in a bath with seaweed for 15-30 minutes (5-10 minutes for children 12 & under). Drain after use and hang to dry ready for up to 4 uses within 7 days.
