How To Use:

• Aromatherapy: Add a few drops of Lavender oil to pillows, bedding, or to freshen laundry in the dryer.
• Diffusion: Use seven to ten drops in the diffuser of your choice.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area (e.g. bottoms of feet to relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep).
• Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.
