Directions:

• Using the shower gel:
  Apply one or two pumps of shower gel to your hands and massage it gently onto the skin of the neck and below. Wash it off thoroughly and pat your skin dry with a towel.

Using the lotion:

• Apply to dry skin in a circular motion. Gently rub it into your skin until it is absorbed completely. It is recommended to apply it below the neck area twice daily.
