Directions: 

• To stop excessive shedding and to fortify hair and scalp, in a bowl, pour 2 cups of boiling water over 3 tablespoons of loose tea. Cover and steep for 30 to 45 minutes. Once cooled, strain tea and pour into a spray bottle or just apply hair to tea, over sink.  Put a plastic cap over your head and leave tea on hair for 30 minutes to an hour.  Rinse well, and shampoo as usual and let it cool. The rinse should be room temperature before using
