Directions: 

• Mix mask with desired amount of water or apple cider vinegar to make a spreadable paste. Apply mask evenly to hair, starting at your root and ending with the ends. Cover your hair with a plastic cap and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse hair well, then use a natural shampoo and conditioner to clean and condition the hair. For all hair types.
  Please note: Plain yogurt and or natural oil may be added once the mask has been mixed to make a spreadable paste for extra nutrients before applying to your hair.
