Dinacharya is the Sanskrit term for daily Ayurvedic self-care rituals. Use this kit to begin incorporating basic Ayurvedic lifestyle practices & optimal balance into your day.

Includes:

• 1 x Ear Oil (1 oz)
• 1 x Body Oil (4 oz)
• 1 x Nose Oil (2 oz)
• 1 x Pulling Oil (4 oz)
• 1 x Floral Water (2 oz)

How to Use:

• Ear Oil: Daily Use - Massage 1-2 drops of warm Karna Purana Oil into each ear canal. Weekly Use - Lie down & rest on your side. Place 5-8 drops of warm oil in exposed ear. Let oil absorb for 5 minutes. Release excess oil from the ear with cotton ball. Repeat on opposite side.
• Body Oil: Apply to entire body before or after shower. If applying before shower, let oil absorb for 5-20 minutes. If applying after shower, apply to damp skin & air dry. Use long strokes on the limbs & circular motions on the joints, chest & abdomen. For external use only.
• Nose Oil: Daily Use - Place 1-2 drops on clean fingertip & apply into nostril. Repeat on opposite side. Weekly Use - With head tilted back, apply 3-5 drops of oil into nostril. Inhale Deeply. Repeat on the opposite side. Please Note: If using Neti Pot, always follow up with Nasya Oil.
• Pulling Oil: Vigorously swish & pull 1-2 tsp. of oil around the mouth & in-between the teeth. Continue for 5 to 20 minutes.
• Floral Water: Skincare - Gently massage 5-8 drops on your face. Combine with Paavani skincare products as recommended. Eye Wash - Fill eye wash cup with ½ Floral Water & ½ water. Press cup to eye & tilt head back. Keep eye open & blink for 15-30 seconds. Release cup from eye. Make new solution & repeat on other eye.
• Since there are no preservatives, please use within 6-8 months

• Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Avoid contamination by keeping moisture out of the jar or bottle.
• Close lid tightly after each use.

Tridoshic Body Oil: Sunflower Oil*, Safflower Oil*, Sesame Oil*, Brahmi*, Lavender*, Cardamom* & Essential Oils of Lavender**, Cardamom**, Wild Orange**, Lemon**, Grapefruit**, Mandarin**, Bergamot**, Tangerine**, Clementine, Vanilla Bean** and Geranium**.
