How to Use:

• Freeze -  Store the CRYOpress® in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before your first use to achieve optimal cooling benefits.
• Pair with Serum - Apply the Alpha-Glow Flash Facial Serum before using the tool to maximize hydration, brighten skin, and boost the effects of your massage.
• Place CRYOpress® in the freezer at all times (freeze for at least 30 mins before first use). Wipe clean/rinse with water before and/or after usage.
• Massage - Roll the tool on your face for 5-15 minutes, moving it up, down, and sideways along your facial contours. Apply more pressure while rolling upwards to lift and tone muscles, and roll down and outwards to aid in detoxification.
• Clean - Rinse with water before and after each use to maintain hygiene.
• Note - Your skin may look a little red after use from increased blood flow. This should go away in a few minutes. If redness lasts, consult your health consultant.
