Vertly blends the backgrounds of husband-and-wife duo, Claudia and Zander. Claudia has a creative background, having worked the NYC fashion industry for over a decade, followed by a career pivot to study herbalism. Zander comes from a California farming and landowning lineage, which also includes family that has been involved in the medicinal cannabis industry for well over a decade.
Combining his career history in nutrition, health coaching, and yoga with Claudia's herbalism education, their concept fully came together. Claudia collaborated with botanical formulators and chemists, while blending hemp extracts with fresh healing plants from the garden and Vertly skincare was born in 2017.
