How did Herbalore NYC come to be?

I’m one of those brand founders who went through a health crisis and healed herself to be able to heal others. When Western Medicine failed to help with my health issues, I started obsessively researching superfoods, superfruits, adaptogens, amino acids and herbs. After I healed myself with the formula that became the foundation of Catalyst Gold, I went and studied herbalism and nutrition and I started to work with clients as a Holistic Nutrition Coach. Occasionally I suggested to my clients to buy 16 bottles of different supplements that contained the16 ingredients (making sure they were clean, non GMO, etc.) and take approximately 30 pills a day for a guaranteed health transformation. I had a few clients who followed my advice, but the majority of my clients kept telling me they wished there was 1 pill with all these ingredients. In 2016 I decided to take my formula to a lab and launched the all in 1 “miracle pill” Catalyst Gold.

Catalyst Gold is your one stop shop “all in one” supplement, literally the only supplement you need. What issues does Catalyst Gold address?

We have customers who take it for sugar cravings and report back with an inch of hair growth after a month. We have clients who take it for hair and nail growth and notice an increase in stamina and energy immediately. We have a lot of male customers who take it for stamina, energy and they love the positive effects of CG on their digestion and metabolism.

Most of our customers almost immediately report back increased energy/stamina, better digestion, faster metabolism, decreased sugar cravings and just an overall feeling of well-being. The beautifying effects such as hair/nails/skin/eyelashes take approximately 6 weeks to manifest. We also have several customers who lost between 10-30 pounds in a few months taking the highest dosage 8 capsules/per day.

It is extremely hard to point out the key ingredients since each of the 16 ingredients are equally important parts of my formula. What makes Catalyst Gold unique is the specific ratio of the ingredients and the actual science of how these superfoods, herbs and amino acids enhance each other.

If I had to highlight the key functions of Catalyst Gold, Eluthero Root (my favorite adaptogen) is responsible for fighting fatigue along with Acai Berries, Biotin and Magnesium Citrate.

Dandelion Root, Selenium, and Magnesium Citrate help you gently detox. Biotin, Chlorella, and Grape Seed Extract will regenerate your hair, nails, and skin.

Camu Camu, Turmeric, Astragalus, and Mangosteen are powerful in strengthening your immune system, reducing inflammation, and fighting pain or seasonal allergies.

Is Herbalore NYC looking to expand in the near future?

I would like to add other groundbreaking products to the brand. I’m currently working on a men’s formula that will also serve as a unique supplement for women. As usual I’m trying to create a “very different” product, a breakthrough formula with hard-to- find ingredients. Hopefully, I will be able to launch it in a few months.

What is your most memorable moment with Herbalore NYC?

My most memorable moment was when Catalyst Gold received the first customer testimonial on Facebook, probably 3 months after we launched. I remember having goosebumps reading this lady's feedback on how much CG changed her life/health and I remember her calling Catalyst Gold a “miracle pill”. That is when I knew I was on the right path helping and healing people one capsule at a time.

What are some challenges you’ve had to overcome with Herbalore NYC ?

Being a self-funded business owner there are many challenges. Covid and Brexit were a hard hit for us. A lot of our brick and mortar retailers went out of business during or after Covid. Catalyst Gold was one of the best sellers on Net A Porter before they eliminated the wellness category when Brexit happened. Herbalore always had 100% sell through with all retailers; losing large volume retailers due to outside circumstances was definitely a tough one

How has Herbalore NYC evolved throughout the years?

I usually measure the brand's milestones by expanding our international retail market. Catalyst Gold is currently sold all over the World. You can find Herbalore at high-end beauty/wellness retailers in the US, Europe, UK, Australia, Asia and Canada.

Besides Herbalore NYC, what are you passionate about?

I'm extremely passionate about health and wellness; educating people about how to stay and become healthy. I’m fascinated with new “discoveries” when it comes to holistic medicine, herbs and superfoods and my research will never stop. I'm also very into sports, especially boxing. At this point 40% of our customers are men and Herbalore is sponsoring a few amazing professional fighters who swear by Catalyst Gold.

Run us through your night-time routine!

My night-time routine is much simpler and less “holistic” than my morning one... I usually try to go to bed around Midnight. I do intermittent fasting; I try not to eat after 8:30 pm. I drink roasted dandelion tea before bed and take a small dose of Melatonin or I use one of the sleep patches by Bioactivate. As soon as the temperature gets cooler, I love taking hot Epsom salt baths. As a nighttime moisturizer, currently I'm switching back and forth between Luzern Force De Vie Cream and Agent Nateur's Holi Lift.

What’s next for Herbalore NYC?

Currently I'm focusing on expanding the business and of course on the men's supplement “Platinum Flash” which should launch in a few months.
